Varieties: 100% Garnacha Aging: for 4 months in French oak barrels. Tasting notes: Deep ruby red color. It is intense on the nose with an aromatic profile of spices like thyme, paprika or cloves and of course with all the red fruit of a 100% Garnacha. It is tasty and intense on the palate with sensations of raspberries and cinnamon. Pairs very well with longaniza, spicy dishes like chicken curry or sweet and sour pork.
