Cune Imperial Reserva corresponds to a selection of the best grapes harvested manually in the vineyards of Rioja Alta. After fermentation, the wine is kept in the tank, where it macerates until it achieves the desired color and structure. Malolactic fermentation refines the wine, leaving it with the appropriate acidity.
The aging takes place in American and French oak barrels before being clarified with egg whites and bottled, finally aging in the bottle until it is released to the market.
Cune Imperial Reserva is ideal to accompany red meats, game, stews, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to decant before consuming and serve at a temperature between 17 and 18ºC.
