A noble distilled rum that is also made with a blend of sugar cane juice and molasses, Deadhead Chocolate Rum has prominent notes of coffee and caramel, with hints of dark chocolate.
Made with slow process to ferment, this rum is distilled in copper stills to remove any impurities in the flavour and to develop an authentically Caribbean flavoured rum.
This rum is a special rum because it is aged for 5 years in European oak barrels with chocolate before blending which gives it a rich flavour with spicy undertones. In addition, the second part of the blend is a rum aged for 6 years in Chipas oak and super charred American oak barrels. The blend of these two rums creates a balanced and tasty rum, so that everyone can enjoy good drinking.
A Tsantsa is an indigenous tradition that is shown as a trophy of a defeated enemy. It is a practice of the indigenous Shuar people to "reduce heads" of their enemies when they defeat them.
According to their beliefs, anyone who has in their possession a Tsantsa, acquires supernatural powers and is safe from evil spirits.
