A special variety that we take care of with a special elaboration. Fermented in concrete tanks and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Between 12 and 14 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle before being released into the world. The result is a wine of an incredible cherry red colour with purple edges. The nose is very intense and gives us a mixture of ripe jam, black olive and toasted notes.
