This wine offers a bouquet of extreme finesse, combining floral, lemony, and delicately fruity nuances. Its palate is built on a remarkable acidity that makes it a dry and elegant wine with a beautiful tension. It will maintain all its freshness and fruitiness for four to five years.
It pairs wonderfully with fish prepared in the meunière style, grilled or poached, terrines, seafood, shellfish, sauerkraut, not to mention poultry, rabbit, and fresh cheeses.
