The Rolet estate is one of the flagship estates in the Jura region thanks to the consistent quality of its wines. Enjoyment and finesse for this beautiful traditional cuvée from the Rolet estate. The wine presents aromas of crunchy red fruits that reveal themselves at first nose before evolving towards more jammy notes. The attack on the palate is lively with well-integrated tannins, and a finish with aromas of black cherries. The wine is very lightly filtered, may present a slight haze but does not affect its quality in any way! Aging in barrels and foudres separately for Pinot Noir and Trousseau for 15 months to preserve the character of each grape variety, and aging in tanks for Poulsard. A cuvée that enjoys throughout a meal, it pairs very well with a filet mignon, roasted lamb with thyme, or simply a Comté cheese tart.
