Bodegas Dominio de Atauta was founded in the year 2000 in San Esteban de Gormaz at an altitude of around 1,000 meters, one of the highest in Ribera del Duero.
Dominio de Atauta is a red wine made from Tempranillo grapes, selected from pre-phylloxera vineyards. It is made in concrete tanks and wooden tanks, selecting the material according to the characteristics of the grapes in each plot.
It is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (40% new and 60% used).
Dominio de Atauta is ideal for accompanying white meats, roasted lamb, mushrooms, and rice dishes.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of 16ºC.
