The Zarzal is a white wine made with Godello grapes from vineyards located in the Valley of Silence (León), at over 600 meters above sea level, on sandy-clayey-loamy soils, with a slightly acidic pH. After manual harvesting, it ferments in temperature-controlled 2500-liter foudres in the cellar where it remains on its fine lees for 8 months.
