Elaboration and aging
The Eñe Crianza wine is produced in Viñedos Corazón de Roble, a 100% Tempranillo (Tinta Fina) red wine with DO Ribera del Duero.
20-year-old vineyards, the wine ages for at least 4 months in new barrels, depending on the harvest. 80% French oak barrels and 20% American oak barrels.
Eñe Crianza Tasting Note
- Appearance: Intense garnet color with high intensity. Elegant and very sophisticated.
- Nose: Red fruits on the nose, blackcurrant, some licorice, combined with noble toasty aromas.
- Palate: On the palate, it is round, full-bodied, tasty, and elegant, with soft and ripe tannins.
Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled meats, especially red meats, and aged sheep cheeses. It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
