Once they reach the mill, they are cleaned of leaves, stems, and impurities in a stainless steel washer, and then cold pressed to ensure their physical values. After natural decantation, the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19-22ºC. Finally, quality control is performed, the oil is filtered, and any suspended organic matter is removed before packaging the final product.
