Southern Rhône Gigondas is a magnificent appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley that produces wines that are both powerful, elegant, and delicate. The Ferraton house offers us here a clear wine with garnet reflections. On the nose, there are notes of spices, scrubland, and ripe red berries. On the palate, the tannins are both present and silky, with intense flavors of slightly cherry-like red fruits, spices, and scrubland. Very nice persistence. Open Ferraton "Les Murailles" a little in advance and enjoy it with a good dish (such as lamb shank).
