Palette of 50% Iberian field bait (green label) from Iberian pigs fed with natural cereals.

For more than 75 years, each of these palettes has been elaborated, piece by piece, with great care in their curing process in the exclusive drying room, where they acquire their unmistakable aroma. After salting, the curing process and rest are done in an artisanal way in our facilities in the Sierra de Huelva, in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

Presentation: Served in a cardboard box, wrapped in anti-grease paper and a cotton cover to prevent damage.
