Finca Las Caraballas Chardonnay is a white wine V.T. Castilla y León DEVELOPED by Finca las Caraballas. From the organic cultivation of 2.5 hectares of vineyards, located in Medina del Campo (Valladolid). With a management in the appropriate cultural work, we get an expression of youth in the Chardonnay Variety Cup.
These are organic wines born from the will to recover a vineyard, a natural space rooted in an environment of privilege for winemaking and from the deepest respect for ecology.
The owl represents wisdom, patience and elegance and is an important partner in our nesting project to protect crops against rodent pests by contributing to our vineyards, health and prosperity and helping to maintain the Natural equilibrium.
Finca Las Caraballas Chardonnay Ecologica is a young wine but with a marked and elegant character. A wine that echoes a marked balance. A wine that breathes calmly and invites enjoyment.
Finca Las Caraballas Chardonnay is yellow with golden gleams. Balanced acidity, medium and primary body very fruity with delicate tones of hay and an elegant final aniseed.
