Finca Resalso is a young red wine produced by Emilio Moro winery in the Ribera del Duero D.O.
Finca Resalso is made by Emilio Moro winery, which is already in its 3rd family generation, and as Jose Moro says, recalling his childhood, they have reached this point through hard work, dedication, and humility.
Finca Resalso is made with the Tinta Fina variety and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. The name corresponds to the estate where the vines used to make it are grown, where the vineyards were first planted in 1932, the year Emilio Moro was born.
Finca Resalso is ideal for accompanying grilled red meats, cured cheeses, pasta with meat. It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
