Making and Aging Flor De Pingus

Vinification in small stainless steel vats. 50% of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months, 40% of the wine in new Allier oak barrels and the rest in used barrels
