Flower of salt with Espelette pepper

Association of a flower of salt and the Espelette chilli PDO. With its notes of fruit and grilled, the Espelette pepper is slightly spicy but does not burn. To be used after cooking, this mixture will reveal all the flavours and will bring a perfume of the Basque Country.
