Oat bran, egg white, starch, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, raising agents (E-450i, E-500), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate, saccharin and maltitol), wheat bran and fruit flavor.
Recommended consumption
Mix in a bowl with two fat-free yogurts and an egg. Mix everything well and pour into a non-stick mold filling up to ¾ parts. Put in a preheated oven at 160 ºC and leave until it looks puffed up and golden (about 15 minutes).
