TASTING NOTES:
High ruby red color. High aromatic intensity. Tertiary aromas that become more complex as the wine opens: balsamic, roasted, medicinal, stewed fruit.... In the mouth it is a full-bodied wine, with a somewhat high astringency that ensures good longevity. The wood is very well blended with the alcohol and acidity. The aftertaste is ample and complex, very persistent, balsamic and coffee. This wine is only made in vintages of proven quality, with an aging of three years in new French oak barrels, and subsequent rest in bottle for a minimum of 6 months
