Master's Pink is a base of Master's Gin to which are added natural aromas of strawberry and raspberry extracted from the maceration of red fruits in grain alcohol.
Master's Pink is one of the few pink gins on the market with raspberry in addition to strawberry.
The process of making MASTER'S PINK uses Master's Gin as a base. This process begins with the loading in the still of three botanicals: juniper, coriander and cardamom, to which are added grain alcohol and osmosis water from a natural well owned by the distillery. After a maceration period of 24 hours in the still, the distillation process begins for 8 hours. Subsequently, sweet orange peels from Valencia, lemons and bitter oranges from Seville (previously macerated for a period of 44 days in tanks with grain/grain alcohol) are loaded into the still and the distillation process begins.
To this base of Master's Gin, natural aromas made from the maceration of STRAWBERRIES AND STRAWBERRIES are added. For the elaboration of the natural aromas of Master's Pink, a maceration of the fruit is carried out with alcohol coming from cereals (the same as the one used for the elaboration of Master's; it is the highest quality alcohol of all the existing ones). This maceration is then distilled with alcohol. This aroma is added to the base of Master's, which gives it its characteristic flavor.
