Gin Wint&Lila combines traditional English botanicals with others of a distinct Andalusian character, resulting in a fresh, quality gin with aromatic nuances that transport us to the Andalusian courtyards. It must be tried at least once.
Made in Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, in a distillery with over 200 years of history.
Gin Wint&Lila is made through a process of five distillations in which up to ten different botanicals are combined, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica and its root, cinnamon, lemon, lime, orange peel, and the typically Andalusian mint and orange blossom. The distillations are carried out in small stills that are heated using a bain-marie.
Subsequently, the essences rest for several weeks to make the blend and add purified water.
Appearance: Gin Wint&Lila has a transparent color.
Nose: Juniper, angelica root, coriander, cinnamon, strawberry.
Palate: Cinnamon, orange blossom, mint.
