Pleasant primary finish. Gran Bierzo El Culebral is a wine with identity and recognized quality. Vinification is in raw concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation without temperature control. Gravity bleeding to subway tank for spontaneous manolactic fermentation. Aging: 2 months in raw concrete tanks + 12 months in bottle
