Grand Duke of Alba is a Solera Gran Reserva brandy made from excellent white wines very young and fruity fermented at low temperature, light deslío conserving even some lias in suspension at the time of distillation.
The extraordinary characteristics of this brandy are the result of the meticulous selection of the raw material with which it is elaborated. It begins the selection of excellent white wines of Palomino and Airen, an early distillation and the method are determinants for the final quality of the distillates (Hollands). The Netherlands is aged in American oak casks that have previously been mixed with fragrant wine, following the traditional system of Soleras and Criaderas.
Gran Duque de Alba presents mahogany colour with golden hues and the complexity of its aromas of "wine-vines" with ample balsamic nuances denotes its long and adequate permanence in wood. To the mouth lightly bound, it is soft and full with toasted notes and vanilla as well as a long and pleasing finish.
