Building on an ancient tradition of Priorat winemakers, which consisted of growing white vines among the black grape vines, we select the white grapes from different plantations to produce Gran Clos Blanc, a white coupé with a small portion of Macabeo. It has a straw yellow color, bright with golden edges. On the nose, it is expressive, aromatic, and complex, with hints of minerals, flowers, fresh fruits, peaches, and citrus. It also presents aromatic and balsamic herbs. On the palate, it is very balanced and fresh, with breadth and good structure. It is an expressive wine, with volume and concentration. The aroma of fruits, flowers, and minerals. Pairing: Blue and fresh goat cheeses from any origin will beautifully complement this wine. The floral and fruity aromas of this wine make it perfect to accompany any cooked meat or fish, as well as prawns and squid.
