Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2022, made with exclusively verdejo grapes, is a young and fresh white wine.
Palacio de Bornos is one of the most renowned producers in Rueda. Its vineyards, with stony soils, are over 15 years old.
Muga Blanco 2022 is made with the grape varieties Macabeo (90%), Malvasía (10%), and Garnacha Blanca. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone and alluvial soils.
The maceration takes place for 8 hours in a press. It is a white wine that ferments in new French oak barrels. Finally, the fermentation finishes for 3 months with its lees before being bottled.
Muga Blanco is ideal to accompany vegetables, rice, fish, and seafood.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
