Elaboration and aging

Quinta Apolonia 2018 is made with 40% first selections from barrels of Vino Belondrade and Lurton, and 60% must from young vineyards that has fermented in stainless steel tanks.

• Appearance: Quinta Apolonia has a bright and clean straw yellow color.
• Nose: It presents aromas of stone fruit such as peach, fresh herbs, and certain floral notes.
• Palate: It has a very lively entry, it is a very fresh wine, with good acidity and a long finish.

Pairing

Quinta Apolonia is ideal to accompany grilled shellfish, vegetables, salads, and soft paste cheeses.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 9 and 10ºC.
