The whole cumin is crushed without turning it into powder to maintain its aroma and properties. Both give an intense, slightly spicy flavor to our crackers, and together with extra virgin olive oil, they become a trio of exceptionally high-quality ingredients. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and bake it slowly to maintain nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crispy, yet consistent cracker. So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by cheeses, hummus, salads, or whatever you like.
