This red salt is elaborated and harvested in the purest respect of the Hawaiian tradition. The salt crystals are mixed with Alaea, a sacred volcanic clay from the island of Molokai (Hawaii). It is this clay that gives it its unique brick-red colour and subtle, sweet and nutty fragrance.
