How to use
Take 1 scoop (approximately 30 grams) with 180-200 ml of cold water or your favourite drink, mix for 20 seconds and drink immediately. Change the amount of liquid if you wish to achieve a different intensity or consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily or until your protein needs are met.
