Variety: Tinta del País (Tempranillo) 100%. Aging in barrels of 2 and 3 years, 60% French oak and 40% American oak. It lasts for 4 months. The vineyard is located at a thousand meters of altitude. DO Ribera del Duero. Production: Manual harvest in our own vineyards. The proximity of the winery to the vineyards allows us to quickly vinify in small quantities as we harvest. Controlled fermentation is carried out between 22 and 25 ºC.
