Honoro Vera Garnacha 2018 is a monovarietal made from the Garnacha variety. The grapes come from old vineyards planted on hills at an altitude of 700-1,000 meters above sea level, on metamorphic rock and clay gravel soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.

Once fermentation is finished, Honoro Vera is aged for 2 months in French oak barrels.
