Horsetail is a medicinal plant that contains mainly two active ingredients with different properties. On the one hand, horsetail is rich in chemical substances called flavonoids. On the other hand, this plant is one of the few with a high content of silica salts. Diuretic effect: the flavonoids in horsetail act as diuretics, slightly increasing urine production. Regenerates connective tissue: silica salts are an essential mineral in the formation of connective tissue, nails and bones. The abundance of these salts provides remineralizing properties, activating the formation of collagen and increasing the elasticity of tissues.

How to use:

Take 2-3 tablets a day divided between meals. Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose.
