Meeting energy needs during sports practice is one of the biggest challenges that athletes face, which is why, at 226ERS®, we focus on making it easier to obtain adequate nutrition. For this purpose, HydraJelly has been developed in collaboration with the most demanding athletes, carefully formulated to achieve familiar and pleasant flavors that are easy to consume, along with the innovative jelly-like texture and a 40g format that facilitate transportation and intake.

Carbohydrate consumption is closely related to the intensity and duration of exercise; however, maintaining or increasing performance during sports practice, minimizing muscle damage, seeking a stable blood glucose level, or avoiding glycogen depletion are some of the benefits that have been observed with adequate intake during sports practice.

In addition, carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity or long-duration physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of stored glycogen in skeletal muscles. *

Hydrajelly is available in a 40g format and 5 flavors, all of which contain sodium in different amounts to promote electrolyte balance, a possible cause of muscle cramps and hyponatremia:

Ingredients

Water, sugar, fructose, glucose, pear juice concentrate, salt, pectin and amidated pectin, caffeine, flavor, preservatives: ascorbic acid and potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (100mg/40g).

Directions for use

Take 1 to 4 units per hour with water, depending on each user's needs.
