Exopto Harvest is a red wine from the DOCa Rioja that skillfully combines the classic elegance of the region with a modern and fruity profile. It was the first wine made by the winery, setting the style that characterizes their wines today: precision, freshness, and balance. Garnacha represents half of the blend, complemented by Tempranillo and a small percentage of Graciano, resulting in a young, expressive, and highly enjoyable wine.

Elaboration

Garnacha provides smoothness, fruitiness, and easy drinking; Tempranillo contributes structure, balance, and Rioja character; while Graciano reinforces acidity and freshness, as well as adding aromatic complexity. After careful vinification and a brief aging in barrel, a fresh and balanced red wine is obtained, true to Riojan tradition but with a modern approach.

Tasting notes

Deep red color, bright and attractive. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and cherry stand out, accompanied by delicate floral and mineral notes. On the palate, it is sweet and enveloping, with hints of blueberries and raspberries, good acidity, and a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. The finish is elegant, long, and fruity.

Ideal with tapas, cured meats, vegetable dishes, grilled meats, pasta with fresh tomato sauce, and Mediterranean cuisine in general.
