Consumption:
Store in a cool, dry place. The cover in which the palette is delivered is to ensure its proper delivery during transportation, remove it as soon as possible.
Peel the piece by removing the outer fat and cut into thin slices. The palette is a bit more difficult to cut than ham, a good cutting technique helps to make the most of the piece.
If you order the deboned or sliced palette, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator if it will be consumed in the long term so that the product maintains maximum quality.
