50% Iberian bait palette of iberian breed from Iberian pigs fed with natural cereals.

For over 75 years, each of these palettes has been elaborated, piece by piece, with great care in their curing process in the exclusive drying room, where they acquire their unmistakable aroma. After salting, the curing process and resting are done in an artisanal way in our facilities in the Sierra de Huelva, in the Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche.
