Features of El Castañar Iberian Salchichón de Bellota Acorn-fed Sausage

Made with meat from Iberian shoulders, hams and bacon. Made by traditional means. The pigs are selected, reared and the acorn-fed Iberian shoulder is produced on the same farm. Together with the climate of the Montes de Toledo area, and the humidity of the environment surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and holm oaks. They make this ham an authentic delicacy, exquisite, worthy of demanding palates and of course, an excellent product of La Mancha.
