IBIZA SALT GRINDER

Molino, our salt made especially for milling ("molinillo" in Spanish), is the coarsest salt from SAL de IBIZA. Like our other products, Molino is only dried in the sun and then broken into smaller crystals ready for the mill. Like all other SAL de IBIZA products, our Molino sea salt contains no bleaches, no pours, and no other additives. It is exceptionally rich in vital natural minerals and trace elements, such as magnesium, fluoride, selenium and iodine. In addition to careful harvesting and delicate processing, another contributing factor is the exceptionally good quality of the water in the nature reserve "Parc Natural de ses Salines d'Eivissa" where SAL de IBIZA is obtained

As with our other all-natural salts, Molino retains some of its original moisture, which means it will react with all metals, even the finest stainless steel. This is why we insist on a salt mill with a ceramic grinding device. To eliminate even the need for a horizontal metal shaft, we additionally opted for a "heads-up" model, which allows the salt crystals to fall directly into the grinding mechanism.

The salt grinder from Molinillo will provide you with the perfect dose of our especially mild, fresh and great tasting salt. The mill receptacle is made of glass and is dishwasher safe. The high-quality ceramic polishing mechanism is housed in a natural beech wood lid.
