The protein fusilli of portuguese bugs is the perfect accompaniment to your meal. Made only with durum wheat semolina and buffalo flour. They are then shaped and cut using bronze molds and finally the dough is slowly dried.

Because it is produced in bronze molds, fusilli is irregular and porous, allowing it to retain any type of sauce. It is a quick cooking pasta, about 5 minutes, so it is perfect for those who have little time to cook but want to make a healthy meal. Since we use buffalo larvae flour, these make the product very rich nutritionally. Mainly to make the fusilli a source of protein and fiber.

Alphitobius diaperinus* is an extraordinary source of protein that contains all the essential amino acids, a high fiber content, an excellent source of essential fatty acids and is packed with many other vitamins and minerals. In addition, it is an excellent sustainable source of protein.
