Izadi Crianza is a perfect wine to accompany any dinner with some presence (meat, cured meats, etc.). Smooth and long, it is the perfect companion for an interesting conversation among friends.
Izadi celebrates its 25th vintage with this crianza, one of its best harvests, due to its extraordinary quality and scarce production.
Izadi Crianza is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Manual harvest. After destemming and light crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Aged for 14 months in American oak (73%) and French oak (27%) barrels. 20% of the barrels are new and the rest are distributed among different ages up to a total of 4 years.
Izadi Crianza is ideal to accompany pasta with meat sauce, legumes, grilled red meats, stuffed eggplants, meat rice dishes, and cured meats.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
