Rice grown in the Albufera of Valencia, under the seal of the Denomination of Origin Rice from Valencia. Its grains have a great capacity to absorb the flavors and aromas of all the ingredients, although it does not support overcooking and can be easily overcooked, once cooked we can appreciate its creaminess and contribution of all its flavors. It is the most commonly used rice for the preparation of typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine
