Alta Alella Mirgin Laietà Rosé Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an ecological and unique cava, made 100% from the native Mataró grape variety, a grape closely linked to the Maresme region. Its authentic, Mediterranean character is reflected in every glass, making it one of the most distinctive sparkling rosés in the area.
The winemaking process begins with a cold maceration of 10 hours , which allows the ideal colour to be obtained, followed by a gentle pressing to extract only the free-run juice. Subsequently, each bottle undergoes second fermentation according to the traditional method , resting for a minimum of 49 months on its lees before disgorging. The exact date of disgorging and ageing is always indicated on the label, a seal of transparency and quality.
In the glass, the colour varies according to the vintage: from a vibrant strawberry pink to more delicate tones that evoke terracotta. On the nose, floral aromas of violet and notes of red fruit typical of Mataró, wrapped in an undertone of toasted almond, the fruit of its long ageing. On the palate it is a fine and elegant cava, with persistent flavours reminiscent of red fruits, accompanied by a marked minerality and salinity that give it freshness and character.
A Ecological Gran Reserva Rosé Cava, elegant, complex and very gastronomic, perfect to accompany seafood, oily fish, rice dishes or simply to toast with distinction
