Analysis carried out in the Biosalud laboratory certify that in addition to its exquisite taste, our oil stands out for its
healthy qualities. They have very low acidity levels, of only 0.12% (legal maximum: 0.80%) and a peroxide level of 4.1 (maximum allowed 20). Both indicators support the good health status of the olives we use and the care we take in their production.
