5 menttos for every 10€ you spend on mentta

WATCH OUT! This is the standard rate, but keep an eye out for promotions and times where you can get more mints for some actions

How do I receive my menttos?

Generally they will be assigned automatically in all the processes that we have described in the previous section, but there may be some cases in which this is not the case.

If you think you should have received them but you don't see them reflected in your menttos balance, write to us so we can help you.

We remind you that you can mark an order as delivered, in the order details, if the seller has not yet marked it as delivered but you have already received it at your home.

How do I use my menttos?

Using menttos is very simple, they will appear automatically in the payment process, just checking "use my menttos" when they are available.

During the quarter you will accumulate menttos when you make purchases, make evaluations or any of the actions we have mentioned.

At the end of the quarter, our menttos will be transformed into direct discounts on your next order.

And you will have 1 month to use them on your next purchase.

If you do not use them after those days, the menttos expire. But don't worry, we will let you know so that doesn't happen.

One mentto is equivalent to 1 € cent.

You will accumulate mints during a quarter, i.e. January to March, April to June, July to September and October to December.

After the quarter, you will be able to use the balance of your mints during the following month.

That is, until 30 April for the mentos of the first quarter, until 30 July for those of Q2, until 31 October for Q3 and until 31 January for the last quarter of the year

No, the mentos are associated to an account with a specific email, they cannot be transferred between accounts even if both belong to the same person.

When an order is cancelled, those minutes will not be added to the available balance

No, there is no limit. The more actions you take, the more mints you can get and therefore the more discounts.

In your profile, there is a section called "My minutes", where you can see all your movements.

The mints you have earned on any given day will be reflected in your account the following day.

The menttos obtained for any order placed will be added to your bag the day after the order has been delivered. If the order has been delivered and our system has not yet detected it, you can mark it as delivered from the "My orders" section.
