Ángel León, known as Chef del Mar, together with the company Pesasur, has created this preserve from mackerel fillets accompanied by a sauce based on the flavours and aromas of Arabian cuisine.
His mastery in the mixture of spices of Moroccan origin together with the excellent mackerel as raw material achieve a 5 star dish.
Ingredients: Mackerel, fish stock (vegetables in variable proportion (potato, onion, tomato, carrot, leek, celery and garlic), prawns (crustaceans), hake (fish), salt), onion, green pepper, carrot, spices, olive oil, corn starch, salt and emulsifier (soya lecithin).
