Tasting note: The final blend of amalgamated wines is called coupage. Each vintage will have a different coupage that will shape its character and, in part, its personality. In this case, "the little one of the house". Pale color, bright rim and a marked citrus character of lemon zest. Pear and stone fruit such as nectarine and peach. It has subtle floral notes on the nose. With oxygenation, it acquires more intensity: tropical tones, green pineapple and mango. Aniseed herbs and vine leaf sprouts. On the palate, there is a hint of spice and some reminiscence of yeast. Subtle and fresh entry, with a fun and playful bubble that gives us a medium-bodied, silky texture. It is accompanied by a slightly astringent note. Very refreshing finish with a medium aftertaste. Pairing: Fish, seafood, medium-intensity cheeses and preserves. It is very suitable for accompanying tapas, thanks to its freshness and versatility.
