With a shelf life of two years when stored in a cool, dry place, once opened keep refrigerated for one month.
Example of use, with a jar of 270 g. you can make:
1,5 kg of clams in marinara sauce.
Sauteed vegetables, pasta or similar for six people.
Hake with potatoes in marinara sauce for three people.
