Martí Fabra Oratori
The Oratori hill is an emblematic estate of the winery known for its abundance of Garnacha grapes. The harvesting of these grapes is done manually and they are transported in 15 kg boxes from the vineyard to the winery to minimize oxidation. In the winery, the fermentation process takes place in tanks with controlled temperature. Once the wine has been vinified, it rests for 12 months in the old underground concrete tanks. It is during this period that the wine, Martí Fabra Oratori, reaches a greater balance and complexity, thanks to the micro-oxygenation facilitated by the concrete. A blend of 50% Garnacha tinta, 35% cariñena, 8% tempranillo, 3% cabernet sauvignon, 2% merlot, 2% syrah.
