Martivillí is a white wine from the Rueda Designation of Origin made by Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo.
The winery, located in Pozaldez, a village belonging to the "Rueda" Designation of Origin, made its first wine production in 1988, although the family has a long winemaking tradition.
Martivillí is a single-varietal Verdejo. The grape harvest is done mechanically thanks to new technologies. Mechanical harvesting is done at night to avoid oxidation of the must.
The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Martivillí is ideal for accompanying appetizers, fish rice dishes, smoked foods, and boiled seafood. Serve at 8ºC.
