Elaboration and Aging

Martivillí is a single-varietal Verdejo. The grape harvest is done mechanically thanks to new technologies. Mechanical harvesting is done at night to avoid oxidation of the must.

The must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes for Martivillí

• Appearance: Martivillí has a straw yellow color with bright green highlights.
• Nose: It is clean and powerful on the nose, with primary aromas of green fruit, citrus, apple, and pineapple.
• Palate: It is balanced on the palate with good structure and persistence.

Pairing

Martivillí is ideal for accompanying appetizers, fish rice dishes, smoked foods, and boiled seafood. Serve at 8ºC.
