Bosque de Matasnos 2021: Intense red color, very high layer. Complex and high intensity aromas, mature fruit with a magnificent integration of wood, ripe plums, black fruit, very fine spices, bakery, vanilla and cocoa, touches of caramel and cinnamon. Mouth: Good balance between acidity and mature fruit, black fruit appears again. Light and very pleasant fatty notes on the palate, with volume and length. The tannins are sweet and well ripe with a post taste of again elegant spices.
