Bosque de Matasnos 2021: Intense red color, very high layer. Complex and high intensity aromas, ripe fruit with a magnificent integration of wood, ripe plums, black fruit, very fine spices, bakery, vanilla and cocoa, hints of caramel and cinnamon. Mouth: Good balance between acidity and ripe fruit, black fruit appears again. Light and very pleasant fatty notes on the palate, with volume and length. The tannins are sweet and well-ripe with a post-taste of elegant spices.
