Eco Salim Organic Matcha Tea Powder is a powerful antioxidant, Matcha tea contains 137 times more antioxidants than brewed green tea. It increases energy levels and stamina, contains natural caffeine and an amino acid (L-theanine) that helps lower stress and increases concentration.

How to use:

To prepare matcha tea, first preheat the bowl (chawan). Then pour two teaspoons of matcha. Add water at a temperature of approximately 70-80ºC. Beat with the whisk (chansen) until a foam is obtained, holding the bowl with the other hand.
